Tommy Smoker is back, and this time he smoked some huge beef ribs. He cooked them two different ways. The first slab he used mustard as a binder and added Thundering Longhorn Beef Rub as spice. Slab number two featured teriyaki as a binder with spices of salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar, cayenne and paprika.
