Supply-chain issues continue to plague many segments of the private sector. While the computer chip shortages have dominated the headlines, we now turn to nacho chips (see what I did there?).
Business Insider is reporting that many Taco Bell locations are having to adjust their menus due to ingredient shortages.
”Due to national transportation delays happening throughout most of the industry, we may temporarily be out of some items,” a Taco Bell spokesperson told Insider. “Apologies for the inconvenience and we hope to feed fans’ current Taco Bell cravings again soon.”
This problem isn’t just a Taco Bell problem. Many fast food chains have had similar difficulties stocking what they need to keep up with customer demand.
